What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with personal care and daily activities
- Follow individualized Service Agreements and Medication Administration Records (eMAR)
- Build meaningful connections with residents and their families
- Respond to needs promptly and with compassion
- Support the nursing team with delegated tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- HHA Certificate, preferred
- 1 year of caregiving or assisted living experience, preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and understand basic medical terminology in English
- Compassion, dependability, and strong communication skills
