What You’ll Do:

Assist residents with personal care and daily activities
Follow individualized Service Agreements and Medication Administration Records (eMAR)
Build meaningful connections with residents and their families
Respond to needs promptly and with compassion
Support the nursing team with delegated tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring:

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED, preferred
HHA Certificate, preferred
1 year of caregiving or assisted living experience, preferred
Ability to follow written instructions and understand basic medical terminology in English
Compassion, dependability, and strong communication skills
