Schedule

Full-Time
Shifts may include:
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Availability on weekends and holidays is required

Key Responsibilities

As a Cook, you'll help create an enjoyable dining experience while ensuring meals are prepared safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing daily meals according to menus and dietary requirements
Cooking entrees, side dishes, soups, and specialty items
Serving resident meal selections and à la carte options
Maintaining food quality, presentation, and portion standards
Following sanitation and food safety guidelines
Assisting with inventory control and kitchen organization
Working closely with the dining services team to ensure exceptional service

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

At least 1 year of cooking experience in a healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or high-volume restaurant setting
Ability to prepare large-batch meals while maintaining quality and consistency
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
Strong time management and teamwork skills
High school diploma or GED preferred
Food Safety Manager Certification preferred
Must be at least 21 years old
