How will you make an impact:
As a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Tapestry Senior Living, you will coordinate and implement resident programming for our community. In this role, you help to encourage residents to participate in programming that provides physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual development with an opportunity to use individual talents and skills.
Schedule: This position has both full-time and part-time availability with day and afternoon shifts available. Occasional holidays and weekends are required.
What you will need:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED; some college or related training preferred.
- Prior experience in planning and implementing programming and events.
- Experience in working with senior adults; knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs and concerns of the senior population.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors.
