What You’ll Do
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community events, and other scheduled outings.
- Provide courteous, attentive, and supportive assistance to residents entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Coordinate pick-up and drop-off times to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the transport vehicle by performing regular inspections and reporting any necessary maintenance needs.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with staff and residents to ensure smooth scheduling and positive experiences.
- Assist with loading and unloading mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers as needed.
What you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid and clear driver's license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- No major traffic violations over the previous 5 years.
- Familiar roads in the service area.
- CPR certification (Preferred).
