Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | Some weekends & holidays may be required

As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll help lead and coordinate care delivery while ensuring compliance with assisted living standards. You’ll:
• Oversee and assist with resident care plans under the direction of the Resident Services Director
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes or emergencies
• Provide medication administration and clinical support
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Foster a positive, team-oriented care environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Active Florida LPN License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
