What You’ll Do:

As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll help lead care delivery and ensure residents’ health needs are met consistently and compassionately. You’ll:

• Oversee and coordinate resident care in compliance with assisted living standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond to health concerns, changes in condition, or emergency situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with family and care teams
• Support a collaborative care environment that prioritizes safety and resident satisfaction

What You’ll Bring:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Active Florida LPN License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or medical setting
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Excellent communication, time management, and clinical skills
