What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and support personal care staff in daily clinical operations.
  • Provide hands-on nursing services when needed.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and documentation standards.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
  • Promote a safe, compassionate, and person-centered care environment


What You’ll Need:

  • Active PA LPN or RN License (Required).
  • ​​​​​​​Minimum 2 years of experience in Assisted Living or Personal Care (Required).
  • Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, or related conditions (Preferred).
  • Strong clinical knowledge of geriatric care.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
