Part-time LPN, $26.00/hr starting (credit given for experience), Tapestry Senior Living of Springboro, OH. One weekday and one weekend shift every four weeks — a schedule you can actually plan around. We respond to applicants within 48 hours.

At Tapestry Senior Living of Springboro, you'll care for a small, known group of residents under a person-centered care model, not a rotating caseload. Our Resident Services Director works alongside you, not just above you.


What you'll do:

  • Provide nursing care that follows Ohio assisted living regulations and each resident's individual care plan
  • Administer medications and monitor resident health, flagging changes early
  • Help plan and coordinate services with the Resident Services Director
  • Guide and support care staff to keep coverage consistent across shifts
  • Keep the care environment clean, safe, and calm for residents and families


What you'll need:

  • Active and unencumbered LPN license in the State of Ohio, required
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification, required
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field, required
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills


Schedule: Part-time. 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. One weekday and one weekend shift every four weeks.
