Join the dining team at Tapestry Senior Living - Springboro. You'll have daily, face-to-face contact with residents and help make mealtime the best part of their day.

What You'll Do

Provide friendly, restaurant-style dining service to residents
Interact daily with residents, offering patient, respectful service during meals
Learn residents' preferences to create a welcoming dining experience
Keep the dining room clean, organized, and ready for each meal
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work with kitchen and dining teammates to keep meal service running smoothly

What You'll Need

Must be 18 or older
High school diploma or GED
Experience in dining, hospitality, or food service
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized during meal service

Pay & Benefits

$14.00-$15.00/hour, with credit given for prior experience | Hourly wage (no tips) with consistent scheduling and reliable income
