What You'll Do: 

  • Coordinate and maintain daily staff schedules to support resident care needs within one senior living community
  • Serve as the primary scheduler and point of contact for staffing coverage and adjustments
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and department managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Assist with timekeeping, payroll support, and schedule-related reporting as needed
  • Support administrative functions that contribute to smooth operations and quality care delivery
  • Help promote efficiency, consistency, and staff satisfaction within the community


What You'll Need: 

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Minimum of six months of healthcare scheduling experience, required
  • Valid Direct Care Staff Certificate through the Department of Human Services (DHS), required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field, preferred
  • Previous CNA experience, preferred
