How you will make an impact:
As an Assistant Director of Nursing at Tapestry Senior Living, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with medical procedures. You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans while offering support and education to patients and their families. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and care.
Schedule: This is a full-time position with occasional holidays and rotating weekends as needed.
What you will need:
- Active PA LPN License.
- Active PA RN License (Preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN in an Assisted Living Facility or Personal Care Home (required).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medications.
- Geriatric experience (Preferred).
- Must be at least 21 years of age (required).
