What You'll Do:

Create and manage daily staff schedules to support resident care needs
Monitor staffing coverage, including call-offs and schedule changes
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and orientation for clinical team members
Partner with leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels
Support payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling reports
Maintain accuracy in the scheduling system and staffing data
Contribute to daily operations and administrative tasks
Promote strong teamwork, communication, and staff engagement
Provide occasional hands-on support on the floor to maintain coverage and resident care

What You'll Need:

Must be 21 years or older
Minimum of two years of healthcare scheduling experience, required
Demonstrated technology proficiency, including experience using electronic healthcare scheduling platforms and related systems, preferred
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, preferred
Previous CNA experience, preferred
