What You’ll Do:

Provide personal care and health-related services to residents
Assist with daily living tasks including dressing, grooming, housekeeping, and laundry
Document care, report changes in resident condition, and complete necessary paperwork in the Point of Care system
Help with meal service and encourage participation in activities
Support residents during emergencies and collaborate with team members
Train new staff and maintain knowledge of state regulations
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

What You’ll Need:

High school education (preferred)
HHA Certificate (preferred)
1+ year caregiving or assisted living experience (preferred)
Ability to follow written instructions and understand basic medical terms
Compassion, flexibility, and strong communication skills
