What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care and health-related services to residents
- Assist with daily living tasks including dressing, grooming, housekeeping, and laundry
- Document care, report changes in resident condition, and complete necessary paperwork in the Point of Care system
- Help with meal service and encourage participation in activities
- Support residents during emergencies and collaborate with team members
- Train new staff and maintain knowledge of state regulations
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
What You’ll Need:
- High school education (preferred)
- HHA Certificate (preferred)
- 1+ year caregiving or assisted living experience (preferred)
- Ability to follow written instructions and understand basic medical terms
- Compassion, flexibility, and strong communication skills
