What You’ll Do:
- Ensures that our building's common areas and apartments are clean and sanitary to quality standards.
- Light cleaning in apartments, common areas and thorough cleaning of bathrooms twice per week.
- Deep clean apartments for turnovers to wipe down/sanitizing all surfaces of apartment, refrigerator in and out, cupboards in and out, baseboards, windows, etc.
- Report any defects, maintenance concerns, or stains that cannot be removed to Maintenance Supervisor
- Complete other cleaning tasks as requested by Maintenance Supervisor
- Keep inventory of supplies well stocked.
- Support community pride through a polished, high-quality appearance
- Contribute to a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents and visitors
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Minimum of one year of cleaning/custodial experience, preferred
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role (lifting, standing, reaching, etc.)
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
