What You’ll Do:

Support daily dining room operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space
Assist with meal service, table setup, and dishwashing duties
Help meet or exceed residents’ dining expectations with friendly and efficient service
Take a lead role during shifts or assist with training new team members
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Must be at least 18 years old
At least 1 year of server experience (Required)
Experience working with older adults (Preferred)
Kitchen and dining room–related experience (Preferred)
